This year, the annual general meeting (AGM) is being held online November 14, 2020 from 12:00-18:00 EST. To ensure we maximize everyone’s time and effort, the registration for this event has moved to being entirely digital. Follow the steps outline below to register.
1. Registration Fees
Pay your registration fee using the the appropriate drop down below (registered nurse or physician). Once you’ve made your payment above, you must register for the conference online using the link outlined in step 2.
2. Register Online
Once you make your payment using PayPal, you should be redirected to the Zoom Registration page; however, if you encounter any problems you can click on the registration link below.

3. Confirmation Emails
You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal for your payment receipt along with a separate email from Zoom.US. The CAG Office will be manually approving user registrations based on payments received. If you do not receive your payment registration details, or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the office at email@example.com.
